Every session is captured on three 4K cameras with studio audio, then cut together so the episode feels like television, not a webcam call. Record at our Naples studio or on location across Southwest Florida.

We help define the audience, format, episode themes, interview flow, and pre-show preparation so every recording has a clear purpose.
Polished long-form conversations with studio-grade audio, a 3-camera 4K setup, and a calm team that makes hosts and guests feel comfortable.
Raw conversations become finished episodes with clean audio, strong pacing, branded intros, captions, graphics, and platform-ready exports.
Episodes become YouTube videos, podcast audio, website content, and short-form clips for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email.
Starting from scratch? We shape the show name, positioning, cover art direction, episode structure, and launch plan around your goals.
The same high-touch care that built Robert of Philadelphia, including optional salon service credits for hosts and featured guests.
A planning conversation with Zach on your audience, format, guests, and questions.
Up to 90 minutes in the studio, three cameras rolling, with a producer directing the room.
A polished master edit with graphics, music, and sound design, plus short-form clips.
Files ready for YouTube, podcast platforms, social, email, and your website.

Our commitment
“If you don’t genuinely love every episode, every production, you don’t pay. No risk. No pressure.”
We only build long-term partnerships when it feels right. This is not a studio rental. This is a creative partnership.
Signature partnership
Need something bigger?
Custom production relationships for brands, nonprofits, and community platforms, with executive-level planning alongside Robert and Zach.
The team
Robert DiLella created Spotlight on Good People to celebrate the people making Naples and Southwest Florida more connected, compassionate, and kind. ROP Media Studio brings that same spirit to businesses, nonprofits, founders, and community leaders who want their story told with depth.
Zach heads production. He is the producer, videographer, editor, planner, and director who turns a good idea into a polished episode people actually watch, share, and remember.
You get more than a camera and a microphone: a creative partner who thinks through the story, guides the guest experience, directs the production, and finishes it with the care expected of the Robert of Philadelphia name.
