ROP Stylist Levels

What is the difference?

Silver Level

Many salon guests are looking for excellent service and style––but also while staying within a beauty budget. These stylists have graduated from cosmetology school, as well as having completed our customized Robert of Philadelphia Advanced training program. They have 2 or more years experience in our program. They are still building their books as well as continuing their education.

Classic Level

These stylists have accumulated more experience, (typically 5-10 years) behind the chair, and are well equipped to offer more advanced solutions for hair color. They’re problem solvers, proficient in advanced haircutting techniques, and committed to their ongoing education to keep them at the forefront of new practices and trends.

Senior & Master Level

These employees are seasoned stylists and masters in their field. They are often booked way in advance and are responsible for most of the training in the salon. These stylists mentor all Associates.

Keep in mind, we work as a team, so feel free to have services with as many different stylists as you’d like!

A promotion to each level is based on a number of factors, including: demand on time, skill, experience and education. As a stylist moves up in levels, you will see an increase in the costs of their services. This is reflective of the investment they have made in their professional development. Guests may choose any level stylist that best fits their needs and budget.

ASSOCIATES

Co-Stylists, Bronze

Whether they’re new to the industry or new to our salon, our stylists receive at least one year of our in-depth associate training program, personally taught by top stylists at Robert of Philadelphia.

During this training period, they partner with our Master stylists learning in order to advance their skills, improve speed, and learn specific ROP Salon techniques. Once having completed the training program, associates are promoted to Silver level Stylists, and can start servicing guests.
