With her warm smile and calm demeanor, Nikki creates a relaxing atmosphere wherever she goes. After discovering her talent for hair during a high school vocational program, she’s now been part of the ROP “family” for 23 years, where she thrives on the team vibes and opportunities for constant learning. Though she doesn’t specialize in a specific area because finds fulfillment in seeing the entire process from start to finish, Nikki is happiest when her clients leave feeling great. “Simply adjusting someone’s hairstyle and listening to what they have to say, can change their whole state of being. It’s amazing to be able to do that.” Her spritz of advice is to enjoy each day and find happiness in the present moment.
