Possessing unusual humility for someone so experienced and talented, Ludby is new to ROP, but definitely not new to hair. He began training in Cuba when he was fifteen and continued his education in the U.S. under various master stylists, turning their ideas into his own unique trendsetting style. Eventually, he opened his own salon in New York and ran that for 6 years before moving to Florida for a change of pace (and weather). From the moment he walked into ROP’s doors, he was instantly drawn to the company’s giving nature and sense of community. He specializes in everything but enjoys the chemistry of color and welcomes any good challenge that takes his clients’ hair to the next level. Mostly he loves when his hair transformations make people happy. “When they’re happy, I’m happiest.” Ludby’s spritz of advice is to go after what you want, and never stop believing in yourself.
