Always ahead of the curve and carving out a path for others, Kristie has been a stylist at ROP for 18 years and is both a giver and a natural leader. Though she grew up hanging out in her mom’s hair salon, cutting her own bangs when she was bored, her mother tried to steer her away from a career in hair, due to the lack of benefits. But Kristie knew what she loved, so she went to hair school anyway, and when she started at ROP, she ended up getting those desired benefits after all. Though she doesn’t specialize in any particular area, she loves “blonding” and is known for being a trendsetter. With a compassionate and intuitive approach, Kristie anticipates her clients’ needs, ensuring they leave the salon feeling confident and satisfied.
